RAW vs JPG u002Fu002F Which is better??? Shooting in RAW allows you to retain so much more information, while JPG is a smaller file size and closer to a “final” image. If you’re going to shoot in JPG remember to get all of your settings, including white balance, right in camera. When shooting in RAW all of these things can be manipluated in post. I, personally, shoot everything in RAW, because the tradeoff for bigger file sizes is always better, so I can have all the flexibility when editing!
